Please note that all citizens travelling with Asia Vacation Group are required a full passport for all holiday tours. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months prior to your departure date.
If your passport is expiring and you plan to renew it after having reserved our tour services, it is critical that you inform us all the new details as soon as possible. In some cases, you might be required to bring your old passport along with the new one to maintain the tour validity and avoid any interruption during your trip.

Types of Visa
Visa Before Arrival (VBA)
- Overview: Your visa will be granted and stamped onto your passport before departure to Vietnam.
- How to apply: Please contact the nearest Vietnam Embassy and follow their instructions to get your Visa to Vietnam. For your convenience, here’s some information about Vietnam Embassy by country:

Visa On Arrival (VOA)
- Overview: Your visa will be granted and stamped onto your passport upon arrival at Vietnam International Airport. For this option, you will need a Visa Approval Letter from Vietnam Immigration Department.
*Note: This option is available for travellers by air only.

Fill in the application form with required information. Please make sure all entered information is 100% accurate to avoid delay or extra charge that may occur.
Print the Approval Letter out with the entry and exit form (attach in email as well). Get your visa stamped on-site at the airport, by presenting (1) visa approval letter, (2) passport, (3) 02 passport-sized photos, (4) already filled Vietnam visa application form, (5) stamping fee from the Immigration Officer.
